Our only complaints can be easily addressed; 1-we were not showed which of the switches turned on the hot water, and 2-the seating in the main living/dining room consisted of only chairs. "Amazing and super clean boutique hotel. Everything is prefect and very comfortable. Breakfast is average quality and delicious food. The only disadvantage point might be the communication issue, hotel staff leaking of the English speaking proficiency and the artificial bird sounds at my balcony are too annoying especially during peaceful noon and night!"

We stayed here 2 nights and very much enjoyed. Most places are within a mile so you can walk easily. Even after we checked out and had to wait in the lobby for our transfer they held our bags and gave us free cold water while we waited. I could not recommend enough."

"Google stated Awaken as 5 star hotel. This is not the case when compared this with true 5 star hotel internationally. At most it is a 4 star. I don’t know how Expedia claims the same 5 star rating. "Nice hotel close to the beach. Lots of restaurants and convenience stores nearby. The rooftop pool is beautiful but it was too chilly for us to enjoy it. The breakfast and afternoon tea were excellent. Very friendly and helpful staff."

"We had a spacious sea view, floor to ceiling glass window to enjoy this spectacular view. Room was fully equipped and it was prep clean everyday if you choose to. The buffet breakfast was delicious both at the restaurant and the 28th rooftop and again with amazing view. All guest can enjoy a free tea time everyday 2 - 5 pm of which was a complete snack of different kinds. Thank you. "
