This property is rundown and outdated. They had old mattresses sitting outside the doors upstairs. I understand they have renovations going on but these were old box springs. One of our rooms smoke detectors was beeping and i went down to the office for a new battery to change it. They had only had AA, when the detector took a 9-volt. Wear sandals if you wanted to walk around these rooms. Carpet was peeling up there was a ducted taped hole next to the bed. The only redeeming thing on this stay was the bed, it was comfy and clean.

Room was recently remodeled. Contractor had obviously not yet finished up with a few details. Shower door gasket leaked a lot of water on floor. Fan between bedroom and main room inop. Shower temperature adjusted too cold. We encountered homeless people loitering around outside our room after dark. We were glad for use of the hot tub.

It took over two hours to check in. Tried to find a room that the TV work. Gave up the first night..After the fifth room, finally found one on the second day. The rooms are FILTHY. The floor were so dirty, I had to wash them before I got into bed. I woke up in the morning with bugs everywhere in the bathroom. Only one electrical outlet worked. Refrigerator didn't work. Worst part was the homeless encampment in the parking lot. And get this - management didn't care. PLEASE PLEAS PLEASE for your own health and safety do not stay at this hotel.

Overall our stay was great. However , we first noticed that our stove top didint work. And being a building engineer myself, theres only 2 reasons why the stove didn't perform. Especially, since the top is new. Either it was installed incorrectly, or you have a defective appliance.
