The property was very warm!!! The weather was extremely hot and the hotel was warm throughout the building. The elevators were very warm as well. Increase the air conditioning.

We loved our stay at crowne! From Valet parking assistance to room service everyone was so nice and helpful! We checked in 3:30 am, our check in process was so smooth and fast, room was prefect and breakfast delicious everyday. So many choices. Our server's Ahmar/Ahmed were wonderful. Absolutely fantastic hotel in a perfect location at the Dubai Marina. Our stay was excellent. It was close to the Metro, and the tram with easy access to the center of Dubai as well as the beach and Palm Jumeirah. Will definitely stay here again next time we are in Dubai.
