"The stay was very enjoyable. Only one thing. Breakfast was cold each day for 3 days. I am a retired food service supervisor and I don't think the temp on the eggs or the sausage would meet standards. On sunday morning they were completely cold. We ate early each day and they were not hot at all. Otherwise the stay was great. "

"The woman that we first experienced when we tried to check in the first time was not only not personable, she was rude and unapologetic for the hotel telling me they would allow me to check in at one, even though that wasn’t true. Overall, the hotel is very nice and we had a great time. I wish that woman wasn’t part of the equation though. Even if we didn’t get to check in at one like we were told, a simple “sorry, due to unforeseen circumstances, we can no longer allow you to check in early,”...
