"Hotel was perfect for a short stay for one in Hanau. Walkably close to the train station and city center. The only thing I didn’t like was that the room did not have A/C and the days were 90 degrees. I could have managed without A/C, as I am normally not an A/C person, but the windows did not have screens so I couldn’t leave them open overnight. IMHO if you dont have A/C, af least have screens."

"This hotel is in a quiet safe neighborhood. So if you’re looking for easy access to restaurants or other amenities, this isn’t the place for you. We like quiet and we traveled with a car so it worked for us. The property is clean and quaint with a cute garden out back and our room had enough beds for 3 adults, which was perfect for our family. "This is our third stay at the villa Stokkum. Our family lives in Hannah now and it is a very convenient walk for us back-and-forth to their home as we visit for 10 days. "The room I had was very dated, something out of the 70’s era. A little dirty due to construction as they are updating the guest rooms. The breakfast was very typical but good. Dinner was also good. My advice would be stay there after their renovation is complete. "

"Newer hotel only about 1 block away from S-Bahn subway station with direct trains to/from Old Town and even FRA Airport. Clean & modern. Excellent breakfast buffet. Not near many restaurants, but a decent small supermarket is only a few steps away. Not in heart of downtown Frankfurt, but significantly less expensive too with easy public transport options in addition to taxis."
