"Hotel was nice, convenient location - had issue w bathroom as shower curtain was falling off (snaps broken) and sink backed up, most likely full of hair. Lobby was nice and bright and clean. Check in only one person working the counter and no additional help w 10 people in line. Was a Friday afternoon - need to staff up. "
