"The resort staff is very nice. Great private beach. We had problem when checking and found out the second room is on a second floor with a very steep stairs. We asked them to open the sofa bed so my mom can sleep on since she couldn't get up the stairs. They insisted that we have to pay for the "extra" sofa bed. We told them this is not for an extra guess. It's because we couldn't get up to use the second room. It took almost an hour for the receptionist to call her manager to get the approval...

"I arrived late from Saigon as I took a sleeper bus and no one was at the reception desk with the gates to the guesthouse closed. Apparently my booking was missed out by them and I had to cross the street to ask someone to help me call the guesthouse. "The beach here is beautifully kept and the sunset live music from the staff on a Saturday at the beach bar was a great way to start the evening. "The hotel is nestled within a beautiful garden overlooking the ocean with great sized and comfortable rooms. The best aspect of the hotel by far is the staff. Everyone has been so friendly and accommodating ensuring we wanted for nothing. This included hosting an amazing anniversary dinner for us with delicious courses on the pool terrace that couldn’t have been any more special.
