"The hotel rooms are very nice, large and spacious, ever room has a nice balcony and the property has beutiful tropical plants and flowers every where. Swing pool is small but nice. The sunrise in the morning is very nice the place is quiet and serene. The staff is very kind and always smiling. However few things that are a disappointing is that the bathroom are very basic infact ugly, almost like staying in a hostel. The food needs improvement as it lacks authenticity and character. "We chose this hotel for one reason, and that is that it said ‘self service laundry facilities’ in the Wotif description. We came off a two day bike trip and a 3 day national park hike, so we had plenty of dirty clothes! The room was definitely not clean, tissues under the bed, sand on the floor throughout the room and bathroom and the toilet had actual poo-stain in the bowl! When we went to talk to the front desk to ask about the laundry the lady said they only had laundry facilities where...

"This is a solid 3-star hotel. One building is oceanside, the other is across the street. Both sides have pools. There are many seafood options nearby to the right after exciting the hotel, and to the left is Joe's Cafe, with the best craft beer in town and live music nightly. I would stay here again if returning to Mui Ne."
