Lovely breakfast .
Bathroom open shower and clogged drain had many issues including flooding the bathroom which was unfortunate. Also rain shower head was so large in proportion to the shower that it was impossible to stand in the shower without getting totally drenched unless you chose to use the hand held shower . Definitely could be better designed.
Finding parking was difficult so not the best if you have a car.

A great stay here in Crete, if you’re planning to come here from Heraklion I suggest renting a car (around 1 hour and 30 minutes from there). The resort is stunning, all new and with attentive staff. The food offered at the buffet was great, many options and with excellent desserts. The room was modern and stunning, I loved the pool on the balcony. The beach is long and stunning with nice beach beds. Overall I loved my stay here.

The caring and personable staff really made the stay at this hotel a pleasure. They made an effort to customise things to your taste and were very kind with surprising free drinks when just relaxing by the pool. Would always give a wave and smile whenever they saw your leaving or returning from the building know matter how far away.

Beautiful property close to airport, Old Town and Harbour. The breakfast was amazing and delivered right to your room at your specified time. We booked a room with a private pool amd the sunsets were simply breathtaking.

"We were disappointed in the beach and surrounding facilities. It is an extremely large area so other parts of the beach may be different. There was only one beach bar at night that only served frozen pizza, so unless you did a big drive it was very limited. We didn’t want to drive up the steep roads ..."
