It was fair distance 20 mins from Chania and taxis did pick us up and drop us off but wait was half an hour late for drop off and long wait in unorganised queues to get back, but was do able. "This property was beautiful! Right on the beach!!! Wonderful view of the sea from the room and patio! The room was tastefully decorated and everything was clean and welcoming. The hotel grounds had flowering landscaping and the whole atmosphere was comfortable and welcoming. The best part was that you could walk out of your room and be right on the sands of a lovely beach! "What an amazing hotel run by the most hard working, friendly and helpful people. All of the staff were brilliant, the hotel is super clean, with themed nights, differnt food which has so much choice. We stayed as 3 chikdren and 2 adults. We are plnat based adults which made it a little harder with not mcuh protien to eat but for a week we managed. They tried hard to accomodate but on 2 days we found it hard to be full up. We had alerted them to our food needs months before. Hotel quiet at night...

"We had such a lovely stay here. One of the cleanest hotel rooms we’ve ever stayed in, it was spotless! Nice pool area with a bar on one side and a restaurant on the other side. Nice friendly staff. Restaurants and cafes within walking distance and a supermarkets nearby. We would definitely stay here again."

"I had torn my achilles tendon just before my stay here so accessibility was an issue to some degree. No rooms had ramps or had ground floor accessibility. Other than that, the staff were great, breakfast was fantastic. Lunch was meh, dinner was really nice at the stone restaurant. My family had rented a car so we were a short 20 min drive into old town Chania which was gorgeous. "

"Hotel is new and in great condition. Spacious room, large bathroom, great balcony only a few meters from the crushing waves. Wonderful restaurant right on top of the waves. Two beautiful pools, one of them overlooking the sea and only a few meters away from it. Great beach right in front of the hotel, ultra long beach to walk either way. Only downside is the breakfast ; although it gives the basics that you expect, it does not offer any local delicacies. "

"The place was great. The people at the front desk, bell staff and housekeeping were the best and most helpful. Our stay was near the end of the season so the restaurant was understaffed and a little slow. On the other hand there are so many great places to eat within short walking distance it didn't really matter. Highly recommended. Next time I will split time between here and old Chania."

"Simple and inexpensive accommodations. Beach is right there! Clean and well-kept. Wifi was almost pointless- barely got any signal. Shower was tiny, water gets everywhere even with best efforts to keep curtain in place. We were only there to sleep so it was fine. If you wanted a place to hang out it had no character or charm."

"Literally couldn't fault this wonderful hotel. Ultra friendly, helpful staff, so clean, convenient for local restaurants/supermarkets etc. It's a 30 minute taxi ride into Chania old town, although there are buses. Honestly, a perfect stay"
