"This is a nice hotel but its showing it's age. However it has excellent views and is located in the rich neighborhood in Manaus. The pool also has amazing views. The elevators take forever and one elevator is down, you could wait 5 minutes for an elevator if its busy. Overall its a good place to stay for a couple days. "

The staff were nice and provided information and help with everything we needed. The room was clean but really small. Everything worked as expected in the room. There is a fancy big shopping mall one block away. And good restaurants around. Location is perfect in my opinion. You’re not downtown which I think is good and safer but you can go there in 15 min but taxi or uber. Staffing is very nice. I highly recommend this hotel. "
