"The hotel is a great destination for couples or adults. The swimming pool and spa areas are not suitable for children but wonderful for adults. Everything is very clean and well looked after. "A very friendly and well kept hotel with a fantastic kitchen and some lovely wines, as you might expect from a hotel in the Mosel. We dined in on 2 nights out of three and had very well prepared local food. The staff were very friendly and attentive to our needs. My only minor criticism is that their ability to deal with credit and debit cards was iffy. That said, we were able to settle our bill without having to resort to cash. "

"The hotel was central to everything and was right on the Moselle river. I highly recommend their breakfast it was spectacular! We were traveling from city to city by bikes and they had hotel storage for our bikes. They were not able to do early check in but they had luggage storage which allowed us to walk around town freely. We will definitely stay again!"

"I booked the room with balcony. Good size clean room. Bathroom has being renovated. Balcony is good place to sit and enjoy wine and watch river flow by. Continental breakfast was good. Has cold cut meat, freshly baked bread, hard boiled eggs, etc. Note hotel is on the other side of Cochem town. It is 10 to 15 mins walk to Cochem proper. Also if you are coming by train, station is 15 to 20 min walk. "

"We booked this hotel for one night to enjoy a wine festival in Zell and visit some of the local wineries. Staff was extremely friendly, room was very spacious. View was incredible right on the river. Free and available parking right out front, very good continental breakfast and it was 15 minutes walk from the heart of town. We definitely will be staying here on our next visit to the region."
