"When we first got to the hotel, our room was extremely hot (even compared to outside) we had trouble sleeping the first night. We were told the AC was not working but did not have the option to open the window/balcony door due to being on first floor which is less safe. Thank you to Alessandro for quickly resolving the problem and upgrading us when we voiced our concerns. He was very attentive and helpful in optimizing our stay! "
