"We took the train from Malaga airport which was very quick and inexpensive. The entrance to Hotel Larios could be easily missed, but once inside it is absolutely stunning. Reception staff were warm and welcoming. We were upgraded to a junior suite which was breathtaking, with three small balconies over the main street. "Fabulous location, 5 mins from main shopping street & 2 mins to lots of bars, shops & restaurants. Easy to find. Lovely relaxing spa, but surcharge maybe pricey for 1 hour when only sauna & light jet pool. Very smelly drain in apt shower so close your bathroom door. Beds are hard but comfy, pillows really bad, 1 rock hard 1 too soft. And key pad was tricky, needed at least 4 tries before entry to apartment. All in all, still highly recommended as very tasteful design & for convenience."

"We loved this hotel. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the old city. The staff was lovely. We could see the cathedral from the terrace and our room had a sliver of the Main Street (Larios) which was full of lights and celebration. (We were there at Christmas)"
