"Warm friendly welcome on arrival. Great communication in the run up to our visit. François was the perfect host full of ideas and information on where to visit and weather updates. When I brought the issue up to staff their response was that they "thought they took care of the problem this morning" and that they would simply vacuum up the bugs instead of properly cleaning the room or offering me a new one. The issue was not resolved and I told them I could not stay at this hotel if they could not find me a clean room. "Not what we expected very surprised to find loo and bathroom on ground floor and shared with all inhabitants of the house. So surprised during a pandemic that only used things to a minimum also no hand gel provided. Do not feel house was made to be a BnB more like barging into someone's private house."

Comme l'hôtel est à proximité des nombreuses attractions des châteaux de la Loire, il vaut mieux en profiter et ne passer qu'un temps minimum dans les chambres. "
