"There were dozens of bugs in my bedroom. When I brought the issue up to staff their response was that they "thought they took care of the problem this morning" and that they would simply vacuum up the bugs instead of properly cleaning the room or offering me a new one. The issue was not resolved and I told them I could not stay at this hotel if they could not find me a clean room. "Olde world building at the centre of the village. Very friendly staff and very clean room and communal areas. Very good breakfast. One of the staff booked a table in a near by restaurant, due to it being a Sunday and not many places open on a Sunday in France. Would I stay here again, a definite yes."

"Very nice hotel in the near of the center. Great room , very clean, comfortable bed, spacious bathroom ( new ). very warmwelcome by the personnel. Very helpfull. If you stay please stay also for the dinner wich is excellent and not expensive. I would certainly stay there again."

"We loved meeting Roc and staying here! This is a French country house and got us out of the city and into the beautiful countryside. Roc was welcoming, gave us access to his family home and gardens, and an excellent restaurant recommendation in a nearby town. He even called to make a reservation for us. "

"The hosts were very welcoming and helpful with information places to visit etc. excellent parking adjacent to room . The property very clean well decorated and traditional French . Great location for base to visit places such as Amboise and tours highly recommend this B&B will certainly return if back visiting this area . We stayed for three nights."

"A lovely place to stay - a well appointed apartment in delightful grounds. Quiet and peaceful but easy to get into town for dinner. Our hosts were friendly and welcoming. A very pleasant breakfast was served outside in the garden. Highly recommend."

"I stayed here because of business. I selected it due to the location. What I found is a gorgeous place with excellent service that I would certainly return to. This is quite a romantic setting. They do have a restaurant, but I did not eat there. The parking is ample and easy to use. "

"Un hôtel agréable, mais aux chambres vraiment petites. L'hôtel est agréable, avec un accueil efficace qui nous a permis d'arriver très tard sans complications. Il est situé près d'un rond point assez passant, ce qui en rend l'accès aisé, mais force à garder les fenêtres fermées la nuit. Heureusement qu'il y a une climatisation. Le personnel est accueillant et sympathique. Mon seul bémol est la taille des chambres, où il est difficile d'avoir plus qu'une valise de taille cabine ouverte dans la chambre. Comme l'hôtel est à proximité des nombreuses attractions des châteaux de la Loire, il vaut mieux en profiter et ne passer qu'un temps minimum dans les chambres. "
