The staff are the nicest, warmest, most friendly people imaginable, and all catered to our smallest - and largest -requests! "Great location, easy to get there from the airport, lovely restaurants nearby and close to all the tourist stuff. Great apartment, really well equipped and nicely presented. Couple of relatively minor points- the apartment is quite big, the bed is too small and not that comfy. Also in the small dressing room there’s a full length mirror & storage but no place to plug anything in. Other than that a really good and easy would have happily stayed longer."

"The flat was in a quiet area just a few blocks from Grassmarket Square which has lots of pubs and restaraunts. We were here for the Edinburgh Fringe Festival and the flat was a short walk to most of the venues. Just around the corner from the flat on Spittal St is the Blue Blazer (a lovely neighbourhood pub for a night cap), and The Source Coffee to get you going in the morning. We would definately stay here again."

"Edinburgh is all stairs so we expected it but worked hard to get to the top. Lol. Lovely flat with castle views as promised. Everything was tidy and organized. It was a very nice place even tho we weren’t there very long. I’d have liked a blow dryer for my hair but there were nice space heaters so it all worked out. "

Excellent all round

"An excellent hotel, clean, comfortable and brilliantly located just under Edinburgh Castle (with a fabulous view of it too!) in the old town. Staff were friendly, professional and very helpful, especially the wonderful Estel. Also liked they have filtered water fountains on each floor so you can refill your water bottle for free. Can't rcommend this hotel enough, I'll definitely be back. "
