"This is a great resort to stay at, the room is nice and the services are great, we got a day tour from the hotel as well and we were served very well. Despite the hotel packages are more expensive than outside, the extra costs do deliver a much better experience and service, making the money's worth."

The shuttle to the Mambo beach property is great but we also walked. The staff are truly attentive and amazing! "Fantastic location with beautiful rooms. You can snorkel off the reef and see turtles and octopus. The staff were very friendly and the food excellent. Very close to massage parlours and shops. I would recommend hiring a scooter to get around."

"The location right on the beach steps away from great snorkeling was the major draw here. The villa we stayed in however was big but oddly empty of furniture, could have used another chair and or sofa inside vs lots of empty floor space. WiFi was very weak and spotty so had to go to the lobby or a nearby cafe to get some work done. "Yeah this will be a 1star from me. What ever you do DO NOT book any of the downstair rooms. If anyone is staying above you, there is no chance you will get any sleep. There was a family of 4 ppl above me ( which seems way too many people for one room ) and I could hear everything, and I mean everything like they were next to me. I swear I could hear them breathe. That can be very freaky in the middle of the night especially. Whoever designed these cabins, should be out of job. Got almost no...
