"What a fantastic hotel! We were greeted warmly, shown to our rooms and offered extra service such as more bedding, milk, coffee if required. We were given maps of the city and recommended places to visit. The room was spotlessly clean, all fixtures and fittings worked and were of a very high standard. Trye bed was very comfortable and the pillows were super snuggly. Extras such as the soaps and shower gel were of high quality and smelled divine. We had a lovely view of the square from our room. Breakfast was perfect for us, lots of choice and nothing too much trouble for the staff. Spent an evening at the bar enjoying the cocktail making (not cheap, but worth it). Thank you to all who work so hard to make this hotel one of the best we have ever stayed at. "

"This hotel is very central for shopping or a visit to the cathedral and old town. The room and bathroom were small but well arranged and very clean. The bed was very comfortable, with excellent linen. The room had a floor to ceiling window which looked over the roofs to the churches in the centre of town. Staff were friendly and helpful. Good coffee and apples were provided for all in the small foyer area throughout the day. I did not have breakfast but the dining area upstairs looked nice. An upgrade to more fluffy and thicker towels would be good and at least one thinner pillow. However, for me, this was an excellent hotel. "

"I originally had a different hotel booked but changed to this one at the last minute since it was closer to the city center and I read another review saying how it was very close to a parking garage. It ended up being ideally located, especially its proximity to the parking garage. The exit door from the garage is literally across the street (literally a few steps since it isn't a wide street) from the entrance to the hotel! The hotel room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, there was a kitchenette in the room, and it was close enough to walk around the city. If you just need a place to sleep, this is just fine. It's clean, comfortable, and affordable. If you do plan on driving, be aware that the hotel is located in a "low emissions zone" so the vehicle you drive must comply or you can be fined. Google "low emissions zone" and Ghent to fully understand what this means if you plan to drive! I would definitely stay here again."

"This was our second time here. We felt so rested the room was so comfortable,. Everything was above expectation and didn't disappoint, I love the bed, slept like babies. My husband and I are tall people and we felt like ants in that bed. It was so damn comfortable and bathroom was so classy with everything you need and everything was of good quality not the dry stuff that leaves your skin itching. The staff was lovely and the restaurant had a lot of options on offer for all meals.one of the best burgers I've had and pheasant breast and the beef stew thingy was yum. Will go back if I can again. Great experience"
