"This property is located at Gran Via. Very central with most of the sights being walking distance. Lots of restaurants and shopping around. The Santo Domingo metro e literally 1 min away connecting with the Atocha Station (renfe). The airport is only 25 minutes away. The rooms are clean and cozy and although the main areas could use some updating, the sky bar located on the rooftop makes up for it. I would stay here again! "

"This was my first time in Spain. I am so glad I found this hotel. Staff were very friendly and courteous. It was close to the Gran Via and to other restaurants. It was quiet and there's a terrace on the top floor where you can enjoy free coffee. Really good coffee, baked goods and fruit. My baggage got lost and the airlines sent it to my hotel and the hotel staff informed me right away. Definitely exceeded my expectations. The only thing is unlike American hotels, the lights won't turn on...
