"The hotel has a lovely garden and pool area. The restaurants and bar areas are first class, it's also located near to lots of restaurants and bars if you want a change. However, it's main quality is it's staff, everyone you encounter offers exceptional service with a smile. The room is slightly "dated" although I'm told a major upgrade is planned in the near future. Despite that we throughly enjoyed our brief stay. "

"I stayed at this property again in between my trip in India. This has become a stop point between trips. Again the hotel were very hospitable and couldn’t do enough. They were all very attentive and the room was well appointed. The breakfast was delicious too. I would be finitely stay here again as it is also in such a convenient location too."

"On check in, I was advised I should have booked 2 rooms rather than 1 although booking clearly stated room was for 4 people. It was then suggested that 2 adults and 2 teenagers needed to sleep on 1 king size bed. I explained this was not feasible and an extra single bed was provided. Apart from this, reception was receptive to requests. They sorted issues out like the shower not draining well. Lovely sauna and steam room. Please consider having more parasols by the pool. "

"In the month of February i have booked to stay in this hotel for 18 days. From Feb 6- 13. I had no issues. But during my stay Feb 17 -19 in Room 432 the A/C had issues and they tried fixing but couldnt so i had to re-pack my bags and move to Room 719 which was so annoying and inconvenient to me. Then during my stay Feb 21-23 in room 720 the hot water in the shower did not work at 8am and i had to have a cold shower. "We generally stay at conard or oberoi whenever we visit banglore. Staff service is pretty excellent and have lot of dining options. Swimming pool is also nice and view from high floor rooms are solid. Had multiple stays here , would definitely recommend this property."
