"For a first time ski weekend this hotel couldn’t be better! Located just by the ski lifts, secure ski lockers were provided. The room was very cosy and warm, clean, well equipped, warm soft light and hot showers. The staff were very friendly, helpful and accommodating. On last day we were able to store our belongings in the locker and take shower in a separate space for departing guests. I can highly recommend to anyone who comes with intention of skiing and being close to the heart of Sierra...

"I benchmark a 5 star experience against chains like the Peninsula. This was a total surprise. Ski weekend and this hotel is perfect. The staff is all in sync and have consistent, excellent professionalism and are just nice people. So many conveniences here for skiers. Right at a chair lift. On site ski rental. Parking. Shuttle. "Went with my 5 year old son - ski trip. Located quite far from the main square, so had to drive there every day. Room was clean and warm. Very basic. No duvets, just blankets. "At no time was the reception manned and we needed to ring a bell or shout "hello". There was no information on breakfast and almost no guests. The hotel has a nice facade but is dark inside and there is next to no activities. To access the pool we were led through a garage and the pool was not clean. There were five sunbeds in a shape that was very bad. The person in the reception was kind and nice, but did not speak any English and as mentioned had to be called from somewhere inside the hotel....
