I really enjoyed my stay at Season Five and it's definitely a hotel I'd strongly consider returning to in future. The hotel is modern and kept pristine and clean. The room itself was huge and much more spacious than I was expecting. The only small negative was that I was given a room at the back of the hotel which overlooked a derelict area (not a lovely view!) and didn't get any light apart from early morning. The swimming pool was really fantastic and I loved floating around at the end of the afternoon enjoying the sunset. Thank you for having me!

Is a nice and quiet hotel, look pretty new with a decent price. As for location, it near to central marina and a small scale night market with nearby 7-11. No issue getting food or any necessities. A good room size with bath tub and the bed not as soft as you expected but goes well with me. All the staff and room keepers are very friendly and helpful, which make you feel comfort throughout your stay. The only things that will irritated you might be the aircon sound if you are a light sleeper. Also if you back late night after party, the corridor walkway is very quiet and scary with very dim lighting. 😅😅

Worst customer service i have ever experienced
We booked the hotel for 3D2N. The room was all good. But their service was really terible. Firstly we wanted an iron box which they should have include in the room but they said we dont provide that here instead you have to give hotel laundry for pressing which they charge extra. In order to give laundry they told us leave it in the laundry bag so while room service come they will take it. While we went out and came back we thought everything will be ready but they forgot to do our room service. So i went to reception and had informed them and they sent the room service to clean. They informed the laundry is closed but we will send you an iron box to your room which we never received. Most importantly few staffs had really bad attitude, they talked behind my back in thai as they thought i wont understand thai beacause i am farang.

This hotel is not a 4 star hotel. The room is very spacious and clean. But the shower over the bath leaves water all over the floor next to the toilet. Is is not suitable for elderly people. The breakfast is very poor, and the lighting is awful

I paid in advance for 2 breakfasts (myself and a guest). My guest arrived after I checked in. In the morning, I was told that I would have to pay for the 2nd breakfast again, since my guest did not check in to the hotel at the same time as I did.
