Front desk staff not accommodating, would not supply two keys. My wife was sick and needed to lay down and I was meeting friends. So I had to call her and wake her up to access our room. The key ring was welded together so could not remove key to leave the aircon on or battery for drone/camera/ power banks charging if you go out for short time. Very rude and stingy staff and hotel. Breakfast and pool were across the road. The place is fraudulently advertised as it does not have pool or breakfast facilities in the hotel.

Pros: Clean and spacious room in a vey good location. Cons: room had one window that opened directly opposite another room in adjacent building. So the curtain had to be remained drawn all the time. Also as advertised on hotel website to have access to kettle and free tea and coffee you would have to upgrade to a more expensive room. Everything else was ok.
