We had an excellent stay. The staffs were all very helpful, friendly, clean facility and our room was agood size for a family of 3. The front desk changed our room from 2 twin beds to a 1 queen & 1 twin without charging us. Their breakfast buffet were great, so many options between asian and western cuisine. The location is great, safe to walk even at night. I wish we could've stayed longer and definitely will stay here again. Thank you for a wonderful first time experience in Pattaya.

I love staying at Ibis must stay hotel.
Our stay was outstanding stay at the Ibis I would stay again here. Odie was our first interaction as he offered us a balcony room but because my husband was disabled we required a room with a walk in shower odie accommodated our request so quickly. The breakfast was delicious and always had some kind of vegan friendly food which was so good. Location location this hotel is right next to terminal 21 and other shopping and activity area.

IBIS is near shops, a mall, bars and restaurants. The staff is friendly and efficient. The buffet breakfast is good. The modern medium size room was clean with a clean modern bathroom. The lift, shower, airco, lighting, frig, flat tv, wifi all operated well. There is good cupboard space with a table and chair. The hotel is good value and 200m from the beach.
