Overall, reasonable for price paid. Room strangely laid out with no bedside tables, dining room unavailable after 6.30 pm and few good options nearby. Staff generally good and friendly. Location definitely a downside...long walk to central mall area and beach, especially when it's hot out there!

I stay in Hotel J residence couple nights, overall it's nice looking hotel, clean rooms. I had a problems with a toilet and a shower lil bit broken. Sometimes hard to comunicate with a staff but they are very polite. I stay before in a better places that's why for me was ok.
