It's in Jomtien so a bit limited but overall very good. Lots of interesting sites and smells.

Beautiful views of the ocean if the room on high enough floor..view from the rooftop bar is really spectacular. The toiletries were kind of sparse..,no dental kits…and the rooms are in need of being refreshed. But, area around hotel is quiet even if hotel itself is noisy at times.

I truly believe that this property use to be a condo. I booked 2 rooms, a “family room” which had 2 bedrooms in it, and 1 standard room. It has a kitchenette which makes you feel like you are at home minus a stove. The property is a bit outdated and could be renovated but overall it’s good. The couches should be cleaned as it’s a tad bit on the dirty and smelly side. All the rooms has sand all over the floors. Make sure to wear the house slippers that they provide you with. Oh and I think room 1220 “family room” is haunted the phone kept ringing. It started ringing before we got into the room then again at 3 am multiple times and no one would speak only whispers when I picked up the phone. But overall it was a somewhat decent stay

This is an absolutely wonderful property. The sunset views from the room or the pool were utterly amazing overlooking the ocean. Their restaurant / bar options were great. Breakfast had a mixture of what every type of ethnicity would like, so we got to try some different breakfast items we wouldn’t have normally thought of.

Staff and service was excellent. Very friendly and accommodating. Some of the rooms and accommodation throughout the hotel need some upgrades and the noise from constant construction inside and outside the hotel really did distract from what was otherwise a pleasant experience.

The rooms are nice and roomy. A little far down beach road, but when they finish the pipe work it will be easier to get around on beach road. Only minus is no bacon at breakfast. Had a great stay though. Reception staff are all friendly. We had a little issue at check in and had to wait until 5pm for one of our rooms.

Overall a pleasant stay. The bed was very hard though. Air conditioning loud and difficult to adjust. Beautiful view of the beach from the room. Room was across from a storage hall where garbage bags should not be left.

Honestly I don't know how this property can call itself a 5 star. At one time it probably was a great hotel but now the rooms are pretty beat up and not that clean. At least mine were. On the other hand, the breakfast is good. It's in a good area and it has a pool and gym. At the end of the day, you get what you pay for and this place is relatively cheap.
