"I stayed her 3 nights… my first night in Chile and then I chose to return for two nights several weeks later at the end of my trip. The restaurant is great. The location is in a quiet, clean and safe neighborhood., it is a short walk to the greenway system leading to Balmaceda Park. Plenty of shopping and dining choices nearby. The staff were quite helpful and spoke English well. Would stay again."

"Great location in a lovely area. The hotel doesn’t have a lift which made it a little difficult with bags (it does say this when booking) and the bathroom window could do with a blind so as not to wake you in the morning. Despite this we had a great stay and would recommend the hotel to others. "

"I enjoyed the atmosphere of Chilli’s heritage created by the decor . The restaurant produces great meals and the pool is lovely on a hot day . Easy to walk to major attractions and staff are always willing to help in any way. Hot showers were welcome also ! "
