"Our trip in Holbox was on Nov 2024. We booked one of the treehouse cottage. Pros: First— staff are amazing, super helpful, and very welcoming. 2nd—the resort is top notch. Quiet. It gives that “jungle” type vibe. If you are all about connecting with nature, this is the perfect place to be. 3rd—the way the resort was located, it’s still walkable to their downtown area. "Decent stay for the price. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Clean big rooms. Great location just 5-7 minutes to the center and beach which was probably the best feature for me. The thing I didn’t like is my room was all the way at the end and there was no view of anything at all from the balcony. Also because I was so far that the WiFi did not work at all. I booked last minute and booked the cheapest room though. Overall good value for the money. "

The location was good however I don’t think I would book this hotel again for a couple of reasons; 1. Room was very small. 2. Prefer having a pool. 3. No sitting area outside our room. 4. "The hotel was in the perfect location. The suite had a kitchenette which made for easy snacks and keeping our drinks cold. Quick walk to the beach, restaurants, and Hot Corner. "We absolutely loved our stay at La Puerta Azul. The property was beautiful and clean. The staff were very kind. The food and atmosphere at the beach club was great. This hotel was on the quieter end of the island but the walk into town was easy. Would definitely recommend- can’t wait to return!"

"There are so many things that make this hotel fantastic, it's hard to know where to start. The most important item to me was cleanliness and this hotel aces that factor. "My stay at the SoHo Boutique Holbox was lovely. The grounds were nice and clean with a beautiful rooftop pool overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. Transportation to the city center was easy and convenient and took about 15 minutes via taxi. The staff was super friendly and helped with all of our needs and requests. I would book this hotel again due to its easy access to the beach and several other beach day clubs nearby. "

"We stayed for 6 days and it was a great experience. We had stayed on Holbox several times before and Holbox Dream met our every need. The rooms were very nice, we didn't need a TV at all. Bathrooms and showers were well done. The breakfasts were a surprise, wide selection and great service. The front desk crew were all aces, ready to help with every need. We spent at least 3-4 hours per day on their beach, on the lounges, swimming, reading, and people watching. The service from the bar from Roxanna, Javy, Max, and Jose was excellent. We ate our evening meal at HD 4 times, table by the water, feet in the sand and the Holbox sunsets in front of us. The food was very good buttered shrimp, fish, pasta, all very well done. Our favorite food was our shrimp Ceviche we enjoyed every afternoon. We will be back!"

"This is a beautiful and clean property! You could go barefoot and the sand was amazing! The lobby was peaceful. Lots of places to lounge and be with nature, read a book or have conversations. The ocean was fantastic, they offer cocktail and food service on the beach. The food was fresh and delicious, lots of variety daily. "
