"My friend and I booker the executive apartment which indicated it had 2 bedrooms and showed a picture of a full kitchen with full sized refrigerator and freezer. We needed the full refrigerator and freezer because we were shopping. Two days before our projected stay we got a message saying it only had one bed. "Victor the night security guard and the cleaning ladies were absolutely wonderful and very helpful. I hope they have an employee of the month and that victor gets it! That being said I do think that the property could do with a fresh coat of paint to make it “pop” a bit more. TV’s should be bigger and have more channels available in English. The shower heads need to be changed. That being said I would stay again. "

"too expensive for what the hotel actually offers, To get to the beach you have to cross many puddles and dirty places, They don't care about the guest, the elevator doesn't work and you have to go up 4 levels"

"I did not have hot water. they did not provide the morning breakfast they advertised.I had no internet in my room. I stayed 2 nights and no one came to change the bedding or the towels and give bathroom amenities."
