I liked restaurant service, waitres very nice. Didn't like, at the time to check in, my reservation wasn't in the system. * I made my room reservation and they gave me a diferent room, plain with out night stand no trash can in the room, just one in the bathroom, not art pictures on the walls... room looks like a MOTEL ROOM, the was first night then they give us a descent one for second night. I paid for a nice hotel room in avance and the first night gave me a poor hotel room.

Very small complex. Expected more from the workers. When I arrived they don’t even attend to you. You are son your own. The food was not that bad. The bar were open up to 1am. Everything was excellent just the workers need to treat the visitors better. Especially if going from far.

Great stay

I don't understand about bad comments of this hotel, all of them are lies, it's a beautiful place here, i'm very happy. It's better than the other one in Tela, more secure and private. No strange people around and cheaper.

It was a great experience with only two points one on the property that was promptly attended and the beach, it was very dirty, but not sure who is responsible for that.

This place is awesome!! Like a little hidden paradise. The staff is wonderful and so hard-working. The food is incredible, and there were many options to choose from for each meal as well. I highly recommend a short stay here, as the property is beautiful and the evening shows are great. Lots of places to relax and enjoy the views and the refreshing breeze off the water.

I like the privacy of the beach because it is a private beach on the resort. I did not like that. There was limited food options during the week on the weekend. The food options are a little bit more better. I didn’t like that the bar closed extremely early and there were children allowed at the bar

Staff was friendly, loved the pool was so big and easy access to beach. Cons- beds need to be updated, they were uncomfortable . They have space for pool bar but staff wasn’t attending people on the people had to get All the way out to the other side to get a drink. Buffet was ok, could have more food variations

Starting off the property had a very nice appearance and the food was a plus, but the rooms on the other hand were a nightmare. The AC was not working properly, the bathrooms were a disaster, the bedroom sheets seemed to be there for decades.
