"Beautiful property in the heart of the historical city. Wonderful service and good breakfast, loved the options. The plunge pool was an added treat for the morning. "This property was a dream from day one until we left! Starting with Benjamin at the reception and the ladies that worked the kitchen, it felt like we were staying with family! The location of the hotel is superb, a walk from everywhere. The roof top pool and the views were excellent. We travel a lot & our main complain are the mattresses & pillows, but not here, best night sleep outside our home. Already planning our next stay at Casa Claver!"

"The hotel and staff were all first class. The original room #200 had very limited closet space and we were moved to #201 a superb room. The only other disappointment was the boat ride to the hotel’s private island as the winds were so strong that the rides (40 minutes to an hour) were very uncomfortable, our time there cut short due to the need to start back earlier than advertised and the wind was so strong that eating was near impossible."

"This is an incredible hotel - the staff is beyond helpful, and the location is in the middle of so many historic and cultural attractions. The hotel is very clean, the breakfasts were great, and both Kevin and Sandra went out of their way to answer questions, provide information and make recommendations. Our room was not huge, but it definitely was comfortable and provided us with AC, wifi, comfortable bathroom. We would definitely stay there again! "

"There are several “luxury” options for accommodations in El Centro. This property was perfectly located. The breakfast that was included was delicious. The concierge and front desk staff were very helpful. The rooftop pool area was very special. The rooms were large and clean. The hotel was not noisy and the room were set back from the street. "I will be recommending Townhouse Boutique Hotel to any friends or family making a future trip to Cartagena. The hotel was modern, fun, clean and comfortable. Every staff member was very friendly and the front desk was always very quick to respond to any requests and questions. We had breakfast included in our stay and it was fantastic - great delicious options and great value - way better than your typical continental breakfast! We made good use of the rooftop pool, which served as a much-needed cool down after exploring the city in the heat. The rooms were well-serviced every day and the shower had great pressure and never-ending hot water! Excellent stay all around!"
