"Lovely hotel, beautiful lobby bar area. Plesant patio garden where you could eat, drink or chill. We had the Durban suite 2047, which was spacious and luxurious. However situated at the side and back of hotel. Small balcony with poor patio furniture. With no cushions. So not encouraged to sit out there. We ate in the restaurant the food was good. "We arranged to arrive 1 day early before our organized group tour of S Africa. The hotel on request arranged for private car to pick us up at airport after our international flight. When we checked in early, we learned the hotel was completely full. They had upgraded our room for the night to the top floor’s priority suite. "I felt like I’m staying with wealthy friends who live on a spectacular ocean-view hill, in one of the most beautiful cities in the world, but who also have professional staff ensuring warm yet perfect hospitality. "I sgayed in the sugar daddy suite and absolutely loved it! The hotel is beautiful and the toom was very spacious. When i checked in i was warmly greeted and the staff helped me bring my bags upstairs. They do have an elevator as well. The rooftop area was gorgeous and had great music playing in the evening. The restaurant had amzing food that was freshly made each day and a food amount of options. They also had a cake of the day with a cappucino special (best way to end the day!). It was located 2 bkocks from the hop on and off bus tour and one of their main office. I would highly recommend!"

"We stayed at this hotel for 4 extra nights after our 2 week South Africa tour ended. It was a great location to walk to many meeting points for the tours we organized. The room was on the small side but we managed with one queen bed. The full breakfast (included) had plenty to choose from. All staff were attentive & helpful while assisting with our many questions. We highly recommended this hotel! "
