The wifi quality was very poor and could not connect at all. The water in the bath room was not hot enough to take bath. The location of the hotel was near to shops and restaurant which was beneficial.

This is NOT a Hotel. RUN! RUN!! RUN!!!
This is not a hotel but council flats accommodation where people lived permanently. It is illegal to be advertising this as hotel with lower rates and claim its not refundable, knowing fully well that lodgers will not stay on arrival. I booked for an hotel for 4 nights (23/10/2019 to 27/10/2019) in Paris for my family holiday via hotel.com. The hotel is advertised as Euro Hotel - Unfortunately, this is not a hotel but a converted block of flats where people lived permanently. The item is significantly different from what the seller described in the item listing. The apartment is not a hotel but block of flats/apartment where people live permanently. I see boys smoking weeds in the compounds and people walk in an out like markets, some hanging round the corridors like council housing flats. On arrival, I noticed the building was stinking, smelling with odour of weeds smoking, the room was also smelling wee and the toilet was stinking. The facilities has a shopping centre, church with different activities taking place, church, hair salon and people walking in and out, noisy. No security, people smoking here and there. My wife and kids were frightened and we couldn't stay there. I told the hotel reception we can't stay as it wasn't as described on hotels.com. His response was 'but you saw the picture on the internet before booking and he simply told me its not refundable'. We had to leave the hotel anyway and look for another hotel for our safety. I was expecting the condition of the place and the service the way I encountered it because of a two star rating but the location it’s awful and if you are a lady traveling alone NOT a good choice, it’s close to the metro which is good but surrounded by thief’s and street sellers that it’s makes it really scare and going out to eat after sunset NOT advisable; good thing it was only one night that I stayed in this hotel because otherwise I would have wasted my time in Paris, I was passing by and couldn’t find anything affordable in the city center or close by. Be aware the location is AWFUL.

The room was a mess, holes in the door, toilet loose from the floor, smelled of smoke and fake air freshener. The tv was in a corner where only one bed could see it. The shower was barely operational. This was like a hostel, not a hotel. Please don’t bring kids. There was late night loitering in the courtyard, drinking and smoking in the area outside our room. Improvement required big time.
Customer Service very poor, in particular during night. Wifi do not work at all at 4th floor. Very noisy hotel and no attention to cleanliness in general. It is a trap since there are no photos shown of the rooms and communal areas. This would be a hotel as a last choice for person like myself. Night shift attendant at hotel reception has no communication skills in terms of customer dealings. Very disappointed.

I went there for 2 night. Those 2 days were the worst one. They gave us family room with 4 signal beds. 2 pillows they gave and 2 they did not. When we requested they said they don’t have it. It’s really really bad. Please don’t go there at all.

This hotel is in a terribly unsafe area of Paris, the breakfast is disappointing. The room only has one window and the beds had ketchup and mustard on the linen. Terrible location

I booked the hotel for myself and three minor children. The place was very good and convenient for us as a family. The breakfast was devine and catered for my 5 year old. The staff were very nice and accommodating.,always eager to give advise where needed and advised on best places to visit and for the children entertainment. I will definitely return to the hotel again. Thank you for your hospitality

I did not like the location. There were no lights in the hallway, so it was very dark and scary to walk to our room at nights. The WiFi connection was awful in room and wasted lots of time trying to use the internet. Had to leave our room to be in lobby and it was still so slow. Wasted a day in lobby. There was no coffee maker in room. Looks like a motel instead of a hotel. Building needs to be painted etc to have more appeal.
