"The hotel was awful, no two ways around it. Also, I'm not one to give negative reviews. I'm easy to please. But they really dropped the ball. We arrived at our room, first thing I was suspicious was that it had a key lock when other rooms had a card lock. Once we went in, there was no phone, no garbage bin, no chair, we could hear the baby crying in the next room as if it was happening in our room which led us to discover that the wall had an opening connecting to other room. "The only fault was the tired shabby linen. Maybe they should try a different laundry?"

"We spent a lot of time in the hotel as our luggage was lost and we could not attend the conference. The staff was very helpful, the location was convenient, the internet was excellent. They were able to make some prints for us for free. Their staff helped us make phone calls to help chase our luggage."

"The hotel itself is nice and the staff responsive. The morning breakfast crew did a good job with the food. You can plan on not taking a shower around 6:30 A.M. due to an apparent lack of water. On the weekend, you will need some ear protection until around midnight when the local bands stop playing. You might check around to see how the competition is rated in the area before you book here."
