Boa relação custo benefício - vá sem expectativa!
Bom custo benefício, porem vá sem expectativa. Quarto bem pequeno para 2 pessoas. Café da manhã muito simples, bagunçado e com higiene dos aparatos do café não muito boa. Peguei diariamente copo que estava sujo, prato e talher também. Quanto aos alimentos, falta atenção à reposição e manutenção após muitas pessoas se servirem. Sensação de que falta mão de obra para cuidar do café da manhã.

Funcionários muito atenciosos, simpáticos e pró-ativos, principalmente na recepção e manobristas, ou seja, um atendimento de excelência. O quarto e banheiro tem bom tamanho e a cama é confortável. O chuveiro é muito bom. O ar condicionado e frigobar são silenciosos. A localização é excelente, próximo à orla, farmácia e comércio. O café da manhã tem uma grande variedade de produtos, sendo que eles fazem uma tapioca na hora com ingredientes escolhidos. O hotel oferece gratuitamente toalhas de banho e cadeiras para levar à praia e também disponibiliza bicicleta. Alguns pontos que consideramos que precisam melhorar: Ao entrar no quarto, sentimos um forte cheiro de mofo, sendo necessário manter a janela aberta por um bom tempo. No café da manhã, os talheres sempre estavam com aspecto de sujo, inclusive alguns tinham resto de alimentos. Algumas louças também não estavam bem higienizadas. No geral, apesar dos pontos para melhora, gostamos muito do hotel.

O hotel apresenta diversos aspectos positivos ( café da manhã, atendimento do staf, localização, estacionamento, etc). Não esta situado a beira mar, mas é proximo da praia. O atendimento é o ponto alto. O quarto possui um bom tamanho, limpo e agradável. Comparo com o Verde Green, hotel que costumava ficar, e observo que não deixa a desejar, em relação ao Verde Green. O Verde Green se encontra em queda e o Manaira em elevação. Apesar de ja se encontrar em posição superior ao hotel utilizado para comparação.

Hotel muito bem localizado, excelente café da manhã, tudo muito organizado e limpo! A única ressalva fica por conta de uma infiltração no quarto, provavelmente devido ao ar-condicionado. Comunicamos assim que detectamos o problema, mas não foi resolvido (pingava tanto que precisamos colocar um balde para conter a água)
