"Overall a nice trip to the Cove. Check in was a bit of a hassle we didn’t get in our room until after 4 pm, and to get that I had to go to the front desk several times. Heat in our room didn’t work. Other than that everything was nice, great property and staff is friendly."

"The hotel grounds and landscaping are indeed very impressive. Lots of family oriented activities and attractions all around. The beach is also very impressive (we liked the Cove beach the best for our little ones). Solid 5 stars for that. Our room (#4401) was average at best. The bathroom tub was also clogged.
