"Overall a nice stay. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. Arrived early for check-in and was told they would try to expedite getting the room ready but still didn’t have our room ready until just after check in time. Some construction going on but caused minimal disruption. We were only there for a short period and ended up not being able to take advantage of the Atlantis attractions. "

"Stay was great, the hotel, pool area and room were all 5 out of 5, Buffet was amazing, the only issue I had was the restaurants, the food is pre cooked and did not seem fresh, we ate only at the steak house and did not try the others, seemed like all of them had pre cooked food already. The buffet food was way better then the restaurants in my opinion. But overall, i would stay here again."

"The fact that our initial room was completely different than pictured was just a start. We have used HomeAway many, many times with “exceeded expectation” results but this one was a let down. On top of it all, the hotel manager and assistant manager were... let’s just go with “less than pleasant.” I’m stopping here because I could go on and on about things that were overly misrepresented on this particular outfit.
