"Staff was amazing everywhere around this property. Buffet for breakfast was ok. The road the hotel is located on is busy 24/7 and sometimes loud road noise, other than that zero complaints. "

"Luxury apartment but it could definitely be better maintained. Many things are in disrepair. You also do not get housekeeping and the apartment was dirty when we arrived. We had to clean it ourselves. There is a washing machine which is nice and the access to the beach is a plus!"

"Awesome resort, friendly staff, great dining options , otop market across the road. Stayed in the pool excess room and it was in a quiet part of the resort with its own swim up bar. Only downside about the room which wasn’t a big deal for me is the room was a bit outdated and the aircon wouldn’t go below 23 degrees. Definitely recommend this resort and I’ll be staying here again. "

"Front desk clerk needs training Forgot to give me my passport back, needed to ask for it, ( not good ) gave me the wrong room # key for the safe - really ? Found this out after having to go to the desk and ask for the key Up and down from the room just for something that should be automatic at check-in Room key worked variably as well. Overall not a good impression, glad I only booked 1 night "
