"I have stayed at the property before, and the standards are dropping. Bongani at reception was amazing, THANK YOU! The property needs serious maintenance. There are clear signs of moisture near the door of room 404. The floor-tiles in the bathroom are loose, the board supporting the vanity in the bathroom is rotten and the silicone that someone tried to apply is terrible. The shower-head is leaking water. The soap dispenser isnt proper, the reservoir is unceremoniously put on top thereof, and often falls off. I had to phone reception to attend to both aircon and telephone remotes were not working, I also had to ask at reception AGAIN the next morning to have it fixed. I also noticed some milldew on the inside of the shower despite the entire room reeking of bleach. MASSIVE cockroaches running around the lounge department"
