"The staff was very pleasant, in particular the restaurant staff. The food was good. The cocktails at the bar were lousy. The room was clean and adequate. It was wedding season when we were there and rooms were furiously being refurbished for an incoming wedding party. The hotel looked magical in the evening with the wedding decorations. Management needed to provide a separate room to the wedding party at breakfast as the influx created tremendous congestion for other hotel guests. The...

"There are lot to improve with limited additional expenses. Towels are too old, pillow cover is not big enough, there are lots of flies in the dining area. In bathroom please add cloth rack, shampoo etc."

"Booking a stay at this property was an absolute mistake. I have stayed at numerous star properties but never have I ever experienced such indifferent attitude and total lack of hospitality at a hotel. The hotel is an adhoc dhaba let alone a star hotel. The bathroom shower broke and my child slipped and got hurt on the first day.The breakfast arrangements were absolutely pathetic with poor food quality and poor layout. It seemed as if no one was interested in paying heed to guest’s requirements....

"There are only two relatively good premium rooms with one shared terrace in the main building facing the river Ken. Other rooms are poor. Delux rooms in cottages are very bad and dirty. The territory is not clean and garbage in everywhere especially along the perimeter of the property. Food is good. Service is poor."

"I moved out of the property on very next day afternoon and requested property owner to refund back balance payment for early moving for remainder days. But, he refused to pay as I left early. Also, he used unusable words for me as he didn’t like my early move out. As such, any one booking this Hotel should think many times before making advance payment."
