I have stayed at numerous star properties but never have I ever experienced such indifferent attitude and total lack of hospitality at a hotel. The hotel is an adhoc dhaba let alone a star hotel. "There are only two relatively good premium rooms with one shared terrace in the main building facing the river Ken. Other rooms are poor. Delux rooms in cottages are very bad and dirty. The territory is not clean and garbage in everywhere especially along the perimeter of the property. Food is good. Service is poor."
