The swimming pool is nice and protected and there's a great jacuzzi with hot and cold sections. Gym is well equipped and opens 24/7. Attentive staff and the dining options are exquisite. Staff goes above and beyond to help with your stay. A definite five star and continues to be the best."

"This hotel is a small luxury hotel and surprisingly all the staff are very attentive, friendly, providing top notch service no less than ( or even better? ) some familiar and big hotel brands. The atmosphere is upscale and very comfortable . Daily breakfast buffet has small selection but it’s perfect for anyone who prefers quality over quantity. I personally loved their self serve laundry room. A must for a longer trip. Super convenient location, only 5 minutes walk from Causeway Bay MTR...

"We had a wonderful stay. The hotel was conveniently located in TST with the MTT station immediately outside. The view from our room was stunning. The hotel was clean and service was excellent - not intrusive. The facilities were also good with a Dyson hair dryer in the room. "

"rooms are huge based on hk standards, and the harbour view is really worth the price! love love love the bathroom and amenities, and special thanks to the friendly housekeepers who cleaned the room very well. only feedback would be the pillows and bed are a bit too soft. the gym is well-equipped and clean, and the person-in-charge (or trainer?) in the gym was so kind. very lovely stay overall, would definitely book again. "We had a wonderful welcome for a last minute booking thanks to the staff at the Royal Garden Hotel nearby! This was due to a terrible mess made by Hotels.com!!! We changed our stay date by one day and could only get a virtual assistant that assured us the dates were changed. We arrived to find the original date was canceled but no new one made and the hotel was fully booked!!! Un acceptable Hotels.com!!! Thank you to both hotels involved to help us out after a long flight!!"

"First time in Hongkong. Just overnighting n left airport to go up to fhe Peak. Well worth it! Hotel a tiny hole in the wall, but hey, lotsa peeps there! Felt safe at midnight roaming for noodle house. Small beds. After long flight… was good enough to appreciate, even the tiny room. One block f big bus transfer station n Victoria harbour. "
