"A experiência no Check In foi muito boa. Mário, quem nos atendeu, foi muito cordial e como estavamos chegando de Pucon (12h de viagem) cheguei às 9h da manhã. Assim mesmo, ele nos proporcionou a antecipação do apartamento para descansarmos. O prédio é novo e o quarto estava em excelentes condições: limpo e bem equipado (talheres, pratos, aparato de calefação elétrico). "1. The location on the site is not accurate, to say the least. 2. There is no sign outside that marks the place, let alone street side way finders. 3. No one answered any of the three numbers, one given through the application. the phones were disconnected. 4. When we finally found the location, on calling through the intercome, the owner didn't open the gate and we had to wait outside for half an hour until his friend showed up an woke him up. 5. The room was not ready when we arrived. 6....

"The hotel was comfortable and relaxing. I liked the charming countryside character of the hotel and the grounds. The room was simple, clean and met our needs. The hotel has plenty of easy parking. The owners were friendly and professional. The hotel is not real easy to find... Just do a little homework before driving there."

"Situated in the middle of wineries, away from the hustle bustle - TerraVina is a beautiful property with rooms with a balcony facing the Andes. There is a terrific winery just a 5 to 8 minute walk and three restaurants within 5 minutes, one located directly within the property. "

"An interesting stay in a characterful building with beautiful garden and relaxing space to sit outside and enjoy a nice wine, produced by the owner, Mauricio. Breakfast is clearly a thing set in a very well dressed room. It is a cold buffet with plenty of fresh ingredients. "

"OMG! This hotel was beyond my expectations. The grounds are beautiful, peaceful and relaxing. The rooms are perfect, I mean sleeping in an old wine barrel with a view of the vineyard - nothing tops that! The restaurant has a sumptuous breakfast and tasty lunch and dinner menu. Above all, their service is outstanding! I was able to arrange wine tours and transportation well before we arrived, all via WhatsApp. Their recommendations were perfect and we enjoyed every visit! I must make mention of our assigned driver, Irwin who was so pleasant and such a fantastic host who took us safely around to our planned destinations. We will definitely come again!"

"Wow! We had a fantastic time at the Santa Cruz Plaza hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff was extremely attentive and helpful. The property is beautiful, restaurant delicious, and it’s very conveniently located. Parking was easy and secure, too. A big thanks to the hotel staff for going above-and-beyond. Highly recommend! "
