Nothing has been upgraded in years! The staff even admitted there was no renovations planned and the owners didn't care. Pool was unheated, hot tub worked one week, stone cold the next. Entire parking area was potholed. Old carpet and ripped wallpaper. Horrible.

The staff at this property were exceptional but the property needs a complete renovation. There were a lot of bugs in the room which the staff tried to address but they can only do so much.

NEVER STAY HERE The keycard for the room (and we witnessed our neighbors experience the same thing multiple times) never worked properly. You would have to pull the door and try mitotic times before the card would activate lock. The bathroom was gross, it was dirty had leak stains, smelled moldy, and had flies and other bugs. The shower has was super short too. The carpet in the room made our feet dirty. The ac was extremely loud and never really worked properly, it made our room either super hot or super cold. The outside was in terrible shape as well. The upstairs rail was leaning over the edge. The carpet on the outdoo stairs was disgusting and torn up so much that it was a tripping hazard.

The door did not close all the way. The bed was lumpy, the heater was under the curtains so when the heater was the blow open so people could see in. The shower was horrible because the tub filled with water. Overall experience was awful

There are several restaurants at a walking distance. There is a shopping center with a Ralphs and other shops and restaurants. That was very convenient. The Ralphs has a great deli selection if you want to save money on food. The staff was very friendly. Loved that everytime I wanted a cup of coffee I had the choice of brewing in my room, or walking to the front desk. The neighborhood is quiet so the hotel was quiet despite being on a main street.

The property is a little run down and needs some overall maintenance especially the terrace walkways to the rooms. Internally the bathroom could also use a tidy up eg.cracked tiles, sealant to floor.

it was inexpensive and I guess that explains everything else. Pot holes in the parking lot, room in need of repair but it was a comfortable bed and gave us what we needed, a place to sleep. Yes, I would stay here again for the price but not if they raised their rates.

Our stay was a very nice one. Property is close to restaurants, groceries, shopping. Staff was very accomodating and pleasant to deal with. Pool area was clean and lovely to sit in.

Property needs major overhaul, deep cleaning, exterminator for roaches, walkways and parking lot needs repair it is unsafe for people in wheelchairs or walkers. Thankfully my mom received a full refund and an apology for her stay. I would not recommend or return to this property which is unbelievably rated a 3 star hotel.

Definitely not kept up. Pictures don’t look like property. Wallpaper peeling off, mold on walls in bathroom, door broken, carpets torn, gross smell…. Don’t waste your money. People at reception were great and fast. Other then that gross. If it hadn’t been late upon arrival I would have just left.

Wet wall, mold, sheets were soiled, electrical socket coming out of wall do to the wet wall, stained carpet, bathroom door clearly had a huge hole in the middle of the door which they hastily filled with plaster and paint. Unsafe environment. Palm Springs Code enforced notified, Travel Lodge Corporate (Wyndham) notified, as well as Expedia. Will not pay a dime and will be refunded and compensated
