Lovely hotel, huge rooms with great facilities. Quite quiet around the hotel, although there was a shopping centre approx 2 miles away. You can even get a local bus there for 50 cents. The hotel parking was a hassle was you had to book it online via a third party parking company and not directly with the hotel when you arrived, which didn't make sense and was annoying.

First they couldn’t find my reservation and they kept pushing me to make a new reservation without trying to help me until I had to provide them with further proof of my reservation that I had to go above beyond on my end. Then when using the shower I the bathtub wasn’t draining so maintenance came to my room at 11pm at night and couldn’t fix it. So i had to switch rooms at midnight with my kids and wife very inconvenient and the new room was dirty we found a razor on the floor and paper on the floor it wasn’t vacuumed there was no bedding for the pull out bed. The lights in the restroom are very dimmed and the couches are very old and dusty. This place was not worth the $120 I paid and no where the $149 they wanted to charge me for the new reservation.

Gave my five year old a non smoking room that stunk of cigarettes amd who know what else. Pool closed despise calling twice before booking. Plates at the restaurant dirty.

Bar employee and breakfast buffett staff are attentive and excellent customer service. Executive suite definitely need an upgrade. Sofa bed you can feel the spring from the cushion. They didn't provide extra bedsheet for sofa bed inside the closet, which they usually do. . Called the frontdesk and requested for an extra bed sheet but they never showed up

The temperature was over 100 degrees and the ac in the room was broken, carpet was nasty dirty big brown stains. Asked for a change of room only to get another dirty room with no shower curtain. Overall bad service and dirty rooms.

The bathroom is durty and not clean. And the aircondition sound is so noise. And also charge parking fee. I never go to this place. Not like suit. Like motel.also charge early enter fee. 25 dollars. So result the price is same as other 4star hotel. The swiming pool is super dirty.
