"I paid a near typical fee and was pleasantly surprised when I arrived. Check-in was smooth: staff was friendly and welcoming. I ordered dinner in the restaraunt and took it to my room, where I enjoyed the balcony and view as I ate. The room was spacious and beautiful. I slept very well, aside from a boisterous group outside my room at around 11pm. They weren't there long. Breakfast was delicious, and the service was fantastic. I used the complimentary shuttle to the airport, which was available immediately. If ever I fond myself in need of a room in Palm Springs, again, this will be my first choice. "

"I thought the $59. resort fee was very high. The only "resort" amenity is the pool. We pay for the bar, restaurant & room, plus tipping."

"My stay at the Hyatt Hotel was a wonderful experience. The room was very comfortable, and the service was excellent. Everything was exceptionally clean and smelled fresh, including our room. I honestly have nothing negative to say—not even about the hotel itself. The pool area was also well-maintained, clean, and very relaxing. I truly enjoyed my stay."
