There is no reception desk to check in. You text the owner and they come to the parking lot to check you in. For that reason, you don't have any front desk to call in case you need something during your stay, or in case there is a problem. Pros and cons:: nice comfy new bed. Relatively clean apt.Tile floor, large kitchen counter. No sofa. 2 pools clean, no one there, all to yourself. The apt condo was lacking in kitchen utensils and dishes. Small fridge FROZE ALL MY FOOD. No trash can. Minimal towels, no dIsh cloths. Good shower water pressure. Good a/c and heat combo.

Small pool was perfect temperature (83), and unit had full kitchen with electric stove/oven, full refrigerator with freezer and sink. Two beds (queen and double) were really comfortable. TV was small and on far wall, but many choices (Netflix, Prime et.al ). Could not find live TV, but maybe because I didn't know how.

Too noisy upstairs. Sounded like furniture being dragged around. Kids running inside back and forth. Refrigerator loud when it turns on. Cleaning agents containing very strong smell. Kitchen and sleeping area very nice. Bathroom is probably a work in progress but unappealing. Needs complete upgrade to accommodate the good looking living room appearance. Needs another trash bin in the kitchen area.

This isn’t really a hotel. It’s an apartment complex that is marketing some units as a hotel. There’s not a lobby or hotel staff or anything. You’ll get a text message with a door code for your unit. Walls are very thin and if you get the same unit I did, you will get an upstairs neighbor who returns from their night shift at 2 AM. The fabuloso smell was potent, so it was clean. Cheap, ugly furniture in my unit. 40 year old fridge. No toiletries, no hand towels. Pricing is insane for what this is. Previous positive reviews are frankly baffling. The location is good, and the exterior and pool areas are nice looking, so there’s that.

Being that this is a vacation suite is under renovation, it was awesome for what it was. I contacted the property, and the response was immediate from Al, the guest relations. I was texted a code to get into the two rooms we had booked and he even allowed us to come in early so my traveler from Argentina was able to use her computer to work. Esmerlinda (housekeeping), Horacio and Jairo (renovators) were super fast in finishing getting the other room ready with cleanliness and the NEW air conditioner repair. We were upstairs facing the pool area, which was newly renovated and heated. My traveler did not have any problems with the Internet upon using it. Both my parents and my cousins were amazed how beautiful our rooms were with the bathroom and shower in one area and the sinks in another so getting ready was easy. My father’s only hiccup was the curtain didn’t cover the permanent hotel light facing down on the pool (we thought it was the balcony light we forgot to turn off). Being so new, there needed to have been a trashcan under the sink (we grabbed the bathroom one) and a sponge for the dishes we used. Kitchen was stocked with coffee and a Keurig machine, as well as a very powerful microwave, dishwasher, toaster, big refrigerator and all new linens. Since I traveled with two couples, I stayed on the futon, which had a beautiful knit blanket draped over it. I should have read about the amenities which did not include an elevator, aside that it was great! Will be back!

This was a very horrible experience. I was so hopeful this place was gonna make it right but it didn’t happen. I asked for two beds I got one. At 2am we heard water running like the shower. It was a leak from above. We did not notify at that time due to the am time. The door had NO peal hole so no way were we going to let anyone in at any time of night. The refrigerator was so out dated the bottom racks fell as we opened it and it did not hold a chill! It was my birthday and I was just trying to make the best of it. I do NOT recommend! No couch, no microwave, no coffee machine. They offered to reimburse me for coffee I had to go get but that never happened. Worst place ever.
