"This was a wonderful hotel in one of the safest parts of Naples. It is very beautiful inside. There is a restaurant in walking distance (Antonio and Antonio) that is open until midnight with great pizza. Highly recommend this hotel."

"The beautiful, old, stately property is very grand. But the bathrooms are in severe need of an upgrade. Screws in the walls where robe hooks used to be, not a shelf or tub rim to place shower products, any other amenity such as irons, need to be called down to be brought up. "Really enjoyed our stay for the final leg of our Italy honeymoon, and the staff went above and beyond to welcome us. As a lovely surprise, they had upgraded our room, left us a thoughtful and welcoming letter in the room accompanied by a selection of cakes and pastries, and checked in with us throughout our stay. The room was beautiful, fully equipped, very comfortable, and had a gorgeous view over the port and the city, and it will definitely be our accomodation of choice next time we stay in...

"The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The gourmet breakfast was excellent every single day. The 4-star rating is really due to the aging of the hotel which is starting to show. Our shower head did not work and we had to use a hand wand to shower. Also, the internet was very inconsistent. Considering this is a 5-star hotel charging premium rates, we would expect the hotel to be better maintained. The location was also very convenient."

"A beautiful and modern room and very comfortable. An extra feature is a beautiful balcony facing the side street. The host Anna was very friendly and communication was easy. We were allowed to leave the bags before the actually checking in which was much appreciated. The room was very clean with a couch and a desk. There were some welcome drinks and breakfast left at the arrival. Getting in is easy and its a safe and secure place. Located just on the main street, but facing the side street....
