"As usual lovely people. Still no umbrellas at the pool. Very hot without them. Only thing that drove me mad was the music & band in the bar, the sound was drowned out by party’s in the conference rooms in the evenings. "By far the worst hotel I’ve stayed in in Thailand. Got there and our reservation was messed up. Tried to send us away until I complained. Got to our room an no towels. Bed was comfortable that’s the only good thing. Breakfast was a joke! Coffee n crackers was about it. That’s not breakfast!! Disappointed after all those food reviews! Hate to see what some of those people say about bad hotels!!"
